Bonuses and Promotional Offers
22bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The specific terms relating to these offers are as follows:
- Welcome Bonus: A 120% bonus on the first deposit is available up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times.
- Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is received.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- A maximum bet limit may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
- If an attempt is made to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed.
- 22bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Gaming Policy and Prohibited Activities
Fair Play Policy
22bd is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using any software, bots or automated tools.
- Using any dishonest method to influence the outcome of a game.
- Colluding with other players to gain bonuses or gaming advantages.
- Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities through the platform.
If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be forfeited and the relevant authorities may be notified.
VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards
22bd's VIP program has five tiers and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier. Key terms of the VIP program:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback benefit.
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit.
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback benefit.
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit.
There is an opportunity to advance to higher VIP tiers based on your gaming activity. Cashback benefits are generally credited to the account on a weekly basis. 22bd reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
Account Suspension and Closure
22bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If registration was completed with false or incomplete information.
- If fraudulent or suspicious financial activity is observed.
- In accordance with instructions from regulatory authorities.
- At the user's own request.
If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any remaining verified funds will be returned.
Privacy, Liability and Dispute Resolution
Intellectual Property
All content on the 22bd platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other elements — is the intellectual property of 22bd and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction, distribution or use of any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
22bd bears no liability in the following situations:
- If a game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical fault.
- If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment system.
- If an account is compromised due to the user's own negligence or sharing of information with a third party.
- If the service is unavailable during unplanned maintenance or a system upgrade.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 22bd gives no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
Dispute Resolution Process
If a dispute arises between 22bd and a user, the following process must be followed:
- First, an attempt should be made to resolve the issue by contacting the 22bd customer service team.
- Complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving the complaint.
- If resolution through mutual discussion is not possible, the dispute will be settled through arbitration agreed upon by both parties.
